Onsite and Remote Support

CCDC will provide onsite technical support for software installed. (CCDC) mainframe systems (Conscious Capital Data Centers ) on an 8 hour per day, 5-day per week with on call support 24 hours per day, 7-day per week.

 

Tech Support Includes:

• Support of all software, including the IBM zOS, AS/400, zOS subsystems IMS, DB2,CICS, MQSeries, and ISV products installed on the mainframe.

• Provide technical assistance for problem isolation and identification.

• Identify maintenance, install PTFs required to resolve technical issues.

• Research and answer questions from management, operations and application developers.

• Upgrades of the IBM operating system.

• Provide "how to" support for general questions.

• Best effort support for all unsupported software.
